Pure Soundbirthing with the Personal Sonic.
Workshop…
Your Personal Sonic or ‘Ren’ is Your Note, Your unique vibratory frequency. Through working with overtoning, and other Pure Sound modalities such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, and with the ‘Universal Mandala’, we can establish what this note for every person is in this new Aquarian Era (where as most spiritually aware people know the vibratory levels are going UP), and how to work with it.
Over the course of this weekend workshop you will learn the art of overtone singing for personal and planetary healing,  discover the pitch of your personal sonic and how to work with it, plus soundbaths, and mantra and pranayam work in the sacred languages. Finally the weekend will climax with a sound rebirthing ceremony which will see you baptised with Pure Sound into the Aquarian Age.

Having trained as a Soul Midwife, I am now extending my services to include workshops on the subject of dying and how we can begin to break down the barriers and taboos that have emerged in modern society.  Unless we are comfortable with the idea of our own mortality and all it implies, we won’t be able to enjoy our lives fully.

Death, it seems is becoming a subject that is best avoided.  Yet our own mortality is too important to leave to chance or the medical profession.  To have a good passing it seems we have to enter the arena ourselves and that means facing up to difficult truths.

We have been given an opportunity to present a weekend at the beautiful Lighthouse Centre in Tytherington, near Frome, Somerset, so we have moved the 8/9 May London weekend to there. This is a beautiful venue, set in 30 acres of parkland, and is a great place to enjoy Transformation Through Sound.  The course is not residential but there is some shared accommodation available at the venue and several B&B places nearby.  The Lighthouse has a café called Love in a Cup, where you can buy yummy gluten-free and dairy-free food. Lords of Melchizadek
Energy Integration workshops

I am taking names for the Lords of Melchizadek Energy Integration workshops and as soon as I get  6-8 names we will finalise dates and repeat days 1 and 2.  Anyone who has done these days will tell you how powerful they are.  You work with all your different parts and see if they are willing to work together as an integrated whole, no one part, usually the mind!, being more powerful than the others.  Are they willing to take it in turns with the most suitable leading?  Can you imagine the release of wasted energy when you use this? 
Day 2 involves integrating the left and right sides of the brain with the midbrain.  I had done some  left and right integration before but integrating with the midbrain was so much more powerful then when we integrated all of this with the work done on Day 1, Wow!  The days can be taken separately but most people prefer to take both over a weekend.  Cost is £75 a day or £130 for the two.
 
All of Karen’s workshops use guided visualisations and lots of practical work.  You do not need any prior experience but days must be taken in sequence as the work builds a solid foundation for moving on.
 
I heartily recommend these days to you and I know that Sara will, too.
